Since the "sunroom" is in the front of Acorn Cottage, J and I spend lots of time in here with guests sharing conversation and cocktails. I bet we spend the most time in the sunroom during the weeks that lead up to Mardi Gras day. The view from the room affords us the opportunity to observe parade revelers and guests as they traverse to and from Napoleon Avenue which is only one block away.
Jesters, pillows, wreaths, and crowns all help to spread the Carnival spirit. Oh! And do not forget the irises......

Carnival in the Sunroom, y'all!
Gorgeous. No matter the season or reason, your home always looks so special. Very nice, Ron. One question: where do you store everything ?
ReplyDeleteHappy Mardi Gras...Your home is always gorgeous and seasonal...Isn't decorating fun?? and rewarding..Made a comment about the decorations on your sconces in an email.
