I am in love with vintage glass ornaments and am lucky to own two creations from Boxwoods Gardens & Gifts of Buckhead, Atlanta. When I spotted the wreath two years ago, I immediately contacted Michael at Boxwoods and snagged it quickly. These lovelies sell out quickly. I missed out on a tree last year, so my name was added to a list last Christmas season. I love the simplicity of the designs. The vintage ornament tree was added to my collection this season as it arrived in perfect condition. I added the tree to a silver champagne bucket to give it some gravitas in the sunroom. I moved it out of the window for clearer photos as the glare made it impossible for me to get a decent photograph of the tree.
Check out the blog, Lissy Parker. She too loves the vintage ornaments. I was stoked to find my wreath on her blog when it hung in Boxwoods prior to my purchase. Memories!!! The wreath happily hangs as a focal point on the bookshelves in the sunroom.
Here is a photo from Sue at Boxwoods when they arrived from the artist. I had a first pick!!!
