Uptown Acorn Travels {Grand Hotel}

It's no secret that J and I adore the Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama. If you have not been, you must put this resort on your must-stay list. Upon our way home from Watercolor, we stopped for a couple nights and days in Point Clear. The stay is always a wonderful one especially laying by the adults-only pool with food and drink service. It does not get better than that. We were also pleased with the updated on-site restaurants, Bayside Grille and Southern Roots. Cocktails at Bucky's Lounge is always a treat!

This high-end beach and golf resort lies 3.4 miles from the Fairhope Municipal Pier and 3.8 miles from the Fairhope Museum of History. 

The relaxed rooms come with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, coffeemakers and balconies (some with bay views). Suites add separate bedrooms and pull-out couches.

In addition to 2 golf courses, the property has 7 bars and restaurants, including a casual seafood eatery. There's also an indoor pool, a lagoon-style pool with a kids' pool, and a hot tub, plus a fitness center, and an elegant spa offering massage and beauty treatments. Other amenities include 35,000 sq. ft. of conference space, plus beach access.
