For late spring, I adore the Baies scent. The Baies scent expresses the irresistible freshness of a bouquet of roses, sweetened with black currant leaves.
{Ingredients: Blackcurrant leaves, Blackcurrant buds, Bulgarian roses, Ambergris}
I have visited the Diptyque store on Madison Avenue in New York, and it was like walking into "heaven".
Have you ever tried Diptyque candles? I also love the Cypress scent in the fall.
Baies, y'all!
Good morning, Ron! I'm sure that candle smells divine--I know how much you love your candles. However, at over $60, I don't think I'll ever own one, unless someone gifts me one! Have a great day! xoxo
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like it smells divine, Ron. I may have to splurge.
ReplyDeleteI can smell them already. I love the scents in candles. However, since I am a Senior Citizen, I forget about them and leave them burning, so I only use the candles that have the led lights in them. Some of them smell very good also. They have timers and will go off in 4 hours. But I sure would love to have those lovely candles.
ReplyDeleteGuess school is almost out and you will be having wonderful vacations. Have a great week Ron.

Oh----I bet that does smell great! Unfortunately, after I had that sinus infection almost a year ago I lost ALL sense of smell...and I mean ALL. It drives me nuts adn there is no 'fix' for it. I burn candles for others that come in the house but stick with the ones I know I like because I don't know what the other ones will smell like in my home....lol....crazy, huh?
ReplyDeleteYou are right, Ron- those ARE expensive---but just look at it this way- one candle equals what...THREE cocktails? You just lay off for an evening, m'kay? xo Diana
If you say the candles are fabulous, then they are! I trust your judgment on good things like this. Do you use a wick trimmer? I try to nip the wick with scissors and invariably it falls into the candle, making an unsightly mess. xoxo
ReplyDeleteSounds yummy!
