This post first appeared on Uptown Acorn on March 23, 2012. I think it is perfect to revisit this post from my Atlanta home back in the early spring of 2017.

One of the things I miss most of my Atlanta home was the huge, lush landscaped yard. Well manicured and abundant with flowers, trees, shrubs, and grasses, my Atlanta yard was well perched high upon a hill ready for passer-byers to witness her in her springtime glory.

Take a look back with me as I remember the beautiful early springtime blooms and plants of an Atlanta Spring circa 2007:
Happy Spring Planting, y’all!
Absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, I love the lilac on the arch!!! Been wanting to do the same but afraid it will eventually ruin the wood? Gorgeous!! Christine from Little Brags
ReplyDeleteYou had a beautiful yard in Atlanta! Georgia in the Spring is amazing!
ReplyDeleteGood evening, Ron! Your yard in Atlanta was breathtaking. But, I'm so happy that you are back home in LA in NOLA. Have a great evening. Cheers! xoxo
ReplyDeleteRon, I'm glad you shared this again. Your Atlanta home and garden are gorgeous. I'm sure you miss it at times, but you've created a stunning home and garden in NOLA as well. Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteOh Ron you sure had a beautiful home and yard. The landscaping was immaculate! I recognize the water feature that you have at your home now!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! That's one of my favorite things about living here in GA. Everyone usually takes pride in their yards. We have a lot of green here and trees. Our weather allows everyone the opportunity to have a beautiful yard.
ReplyDeleteI remember that beautiful yard of yours, Ron. I know you love where you are but I also know you miss your old home, too. xo Diana
