Gardenias

Walking around Uptown this time of year is a treat for the senses, especially the olfactory ones. Jasmine, magnolia, and gardenia fill the air.


I love to use these amazing scents inside too. I love using cut (straight off the bush) gardenias. The fragrance is intoxicating.




I only wish I had a gardenia shrub growing in my yard.

 What are your favorite spring flowers?
Smell-a-vision? I wish!

    When I lived in FL my very favorite shrub/bush was the gardenias...they smell heavenly and I love the waxy look of the flowers. Here in WI my very favorite are the lilac bushes that I love. They just don't last long enough for me! xo Diana
