The New Desk {After}

I showed you the "before" photos of our new antique desk a couple weeks ago, and this week I'll show you the "after" photos. Last week, I finally got around to styling the desk. J is using the desk in the Nest as his home office.

The rear wall of the top section is covered in a faux bois paper. It certainly cleans up the piece, and it adds a modern, yet classic feel.

Accessories fill the shelving unit. I love using vintage leather bound books and of course sea shells.

A trophy cup is used for pens and pencils, and an Alexa Pulitzer King Gator mousepad helps with functionality.

A ghost chair fits perfectly with its timeless feel.

  1. Ron,
    It looks like such a cozy work space! I love the desk, of course, and the addition of the paper really takes it up a notch. I adore how you have so many careful curated accessories and love the abundance of prints on the walls. Love, love, love.
