Late Summer Dining Room

The dining room of my home has changed slightly since the first home tour I did back in 2012. The drapes have been changed to my favorite green color.

The stained glass window from Scott's Antiques was added to the window.

Two ghost chairs sit at the end of the table, and a doughbowl is filled with glass marine floats.

The French baker's shelves from Ballard Designs house some of my favorite dishes and serveware from Alison Evans and Abigail's.

The dining room also holds the Southern bird oils that I adore.

From friendly meals to just the two of us, J & I love the openness of the dining area.

  6. Great capture with the sun! Love how it highlights the glass floats. Those ruffle edged dishes are so cute. Now I'm totally intrigued with the circular area painted in black. You've been creative and never shown it in your pictures before!
