In anticipation of the festivals, I called upon Melissa Henry of Show Me The Door to design two streetcars with Jazzmen silhouettes. And she certainly delivered.
I adore the fun nature of each and the theme of "All That Jazz". You also have to love the musical note ribbon.
I also added the saxophone (also by Show Me The Door) to the large wreath on the front porch.
All That Jazz, y'all!
Perfect for the season!
ReplyDeleteLove these, and all Melissa Henry's work!
ReplyDeleteHow fun Ron- perfect for the Jazz and Heritage Festival! Those are great keepsakes!
ReplyDeleteGood morning, Ron! Love those jazz-themed streetcars and the saxophone on the wreath! Your front porch is all "jazzed up"! Have a great day! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI love these. When I was teaching college level French classes I loved to include New Orleans and LA culture into my lesson plans. I tell my students to consider that if the Louisiana Purchase had not happened many more would be speaking French in our regions. That would cause them to pause...then chuckle.

ReplyDeleteSo cute and festive! I think you have more celebrations where you live than most people. Ha!
