On the parlor mantle, I added a furry bunny as well as gilded eggs to a bird's nest on the pan of the vintage scale.
Along with my trophy cups, vintage leather-bound books, wasps nests, and minerals, the mantle indicates that Spring has sprung on Perrier Street.
A round marble container with an agate completes the vignette of the lower mantle.
Springtime mantle, y'all!
I am inspired to create something as classy as this. So many mantles I see are filled with tacky Easter junk.
ReplyDeleteYour mantel is amazing and you have raised the bar on Easter elegance.

That is just simple and sweet, Ron. A nice little nod to Easter/Spring without it being overdone. Love it- xo Diana
