The courtyard in the rear of our home is lush and green due to the rains we have received lately.
The courtyard itself does not get a whole lots of light, so ferns and kettle leaves dominate the space. White caladiums add seasonal pops of cooling white.
Large troughs hold leaves, ferns, caladiums, and hydrangeas.
The path leading from the front yard features pots of asparagus fern atop the concrete fence as well as more kettle leaves along the path. Pots of ferns hang on the brick wall.
Two additional troughs hold hydrangeas as well as other seasonal plants.
Large macho ferns hang from the trees.
How do you like my pets? They are easy to upkeep.
My staghorn fern (Nancy) is doing well.
J and I love sitting in the courtyard in the Fall and Spring.
