I am very happy to be part of such a great group participating in the Spring Blog Hop.
I love the Spring season with the hints of green, comfortable temperatures, and scent-filled air. Here along my New Orleans walks, smells of sweet olive, azaleas, and gardenias fill the air.
Today, I’d like to share my Spring touches with you.
Come on in!
I find it hard for me to decorate very “Eastery” because I am not a huge fan of pastel colors, so I try and incorporate classic colors and natural elements in my Spring decor.
On the entrance table, I added marbleized gold gilded eggs in the English oak bowl.

In the stair parlor, the center arrangement features magnolia branches, palmetto leaves, hydrangea blooms, and agapanthus.

Spring Blog Hop, y’all!
Morning, Mr. Blue Eyes! Oh, what flair you have as you decorate your beautiful home! I love your mantel with the two ledges to decorate. The arrangement with the mag leaves, palm leaves and hydrangeas is to die for! OH, and...that darling trolly car on your front door. You're the best and hope you're having a good week. I'll be back to party with you later.

I love your spring decor and the color scheme. Love all the texture and the organic feel of the color scheme. Your home is stunning! I love the bunnies on your mantel and your trophy cup collection is divine!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous as always. Love those gold gild eggs and the bunnies everywhere. So pretty and fun.
ReplyDeleteIt's all so beautiful... If you find' some gold eggs missing, it wasn't me. :)
ReplyDeleteGood morning, Ron! Love the classiness of your Spring/Easter decor with those gold gilded eggs, sassy bunnies, and natural elements! Thanks for sharing! Have a great day! xoxo
ReplyDeleteLove it! The rabbits on the mantle are too great! One day you will have to show us the behind the scenes of where you store all of these treasures when not on rotation :). Haha! Your home is lovely. xx, b @ being-blanca.com
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Ron! I love how you incorporated nature into your vignettes.

love all your wonderful Spring touches. your mantel is wonderful, especially those amazing rabbits!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, but in love with your 2 bunnies over the mantel!
ReplyDeleteI love your spring and Eastery decor. It is so traditional and blends in nicely with your home. As a former elementary school teacher, I struggle with the seasonal decor. Other than Christmas, I never really did much at home. Kind of left all that for the classroom, but now I want some, but haven't really found a way to do it without it just sticking out. You have inspired me to look for ways to incorporate it and make it look like it should have been there all the time.
ReplyDeleteWhere do you get all of your pretty feathers.? Love your vignettes and gardens

I always enjoy your decorating. I love the rabbits on the mantel and the standing one in front of the den fireplace. The eggs look very elegant the way you've displayed them. I kept the pastels out of the living room this year and confined them to the kitchen area. See you at the blog party this evening!
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely looking like Spring at your house! I love the gilded gold easter eggs. they're very "grown-up". LOL! I like your matching bunny statues on the mantel too.
ReplyDeleteThose are my kind of Easter touches Ron...it all looks so beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteEverything looks so lovely, Ron! But, I don't know how you even make it inside from your front porch… it is gorgeous!! Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteYour spring decor is beautiful and tastefully done! Happy Spring!
