I am so glad it’s cold again, for I get to don a recent purchase.
I am in love with the Magazine shop, Billy Reid. I was so excited to procure the last signature scarf from his shop last week. I love it. The soft fabric is complete with signature foxes in brown surrounded by a black background. I have always been fond of the fox symbol as it is quite stately and classic.
His signature ribbon indicates it is a true Billy Reid product.
Originally $225, the scarf was on (waaaaaay) sale, and I could not resist. What did the fox say? Buy! Buy! Buy!
I will be back at the shop for a more complete post soon.
The sweater is by Billy Reid too!
Have you ever been to one of Billy Reid’s shops? If so, where? I have only been to the New Orleans and Atlanta locations.
Billy Reid, y’all!
This is such a handsome scarf! Love that you got it on sale! Congrats for such a great score!!!
ReplyDeleteGood evening, Ron! Just getting to your blog today--went to tour St. Joseph Plantation today for my "One-Tank Trip" column for the April issue of What Now Magazine--best plantation tour I have ever been on--such an interesting history. Sylvia Zeringue was our tour guide. I think you would like it--not pretentious at all--just so real, if you know what I mean. Love the scarf--I know you are not a cold weather person, but don't you just love when you find a cool scarf or sweater to wear during the cold? Have a great evening! xoxo
ReplyDeleteVery handsome Ron! Looks like a good score :-)

ReplyDeleteI love it! Very classy.
ReplyDeleteLove it! I lived in Washingtob, DC for 7 years and loved my weekend trips to Middleburg, Va to see the fox hunters
