It’s Carnival Time {Glittery Purses & Shoes}

The past two nights were spent watching two of my favorite parades, the Mystic Krewe of Nyx and Krewe of Muses.

Their signatures throws of glittery purses and shoes are coveted by all parade-goers.

I was lucky to score 5 purses and 8 shoes to add to my collection since moving back to NOLA in 2008.

How hilarious and totally unique! Our parades throws are fairly standard, but every now and then they surprise us with something out of the ordinary!
