I adore fresh flowers, and my go-to Uptown florist, Mitch’s Flowers did it again. Needing an arrangement for the parlor mantle, I called Mitch’s, explained what I needed, and anticipated its arrival.
Yesterday morning, the doorbell rang and a beautiful arrangement of purple, greens, and gold greeted me at the door. The arrangement of tulips, roses, ornamental cabbage, and more was placed in my fave English oak bowl on the mantle.
It is perfect!
Now, I have to place my order for next week’s parades.
Have I told you how much I love fresh flowers in the house?

Good morning, Ron! That arrangement is absolutely stunning--LOVE it! It is perfect on the mantle--so festive. I know how much you love fresh flowers! Have a great day! xoxo
ReplyDeleteHi Ron! Oh, the arrangement is just gorgeous! How nice to have a florist who knows your style so well. I see he got the Mardi Gras colors just right. We'll have snow this year instead of Mardi Gras so I'll just celebrate looking at the snaps from your blog!

OMG...that is a gorgeous arrangement. While I love fresh, that would be gorgeous as a dried arrangement!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful, Ron. Glad you are enjoying the festivities. I stopped into Pier I this weekend, and was surprised at the Mardi Gras things they have this year. You might want to take a look.
