Saturday we slept in until 10:00 AM due to being “overserved” on Friday night. We then lingered on the porch for coffee tawk for a couple more hours until it was time to get ready for the main reason we were in Atlanta, the “marriage” celebration of Michael and Joey.
The couple could not have asked for a more perfect day. The weather was sunny and cool. J and I donned our dapper duds.
Introduced by Michael’s twin Richard, Michael and Joey read their vows and released white dove balloons. We enjoyed visiting with friends from near and far. It was a great opportunity to catch up with all.
Cheers to Michael & Joey!
I love this one…
For dinner, we met our former roommate Melissa and her hubby John for a delicious dinner at Buckhead Diner. More laughs and reminiscing ensued.
After dinner, we trekked back to Camie and Greg’s where a fire awaited us on the patio. A nightcap was in order. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
