J & I checked out a few new shops (to us) that we have not been to before. Certainly we’ve revisited some of our faves- Green Gates, Villa Decor, Two Old Broads, Old Bay Mercantile, but we love experiencing newer finds.
Four shops we visited were Fairhope Consignment, The Happy Olive, LuLu & Me, and RF Architectural & Garden Antiques. We were also happy to check out Boxwood Home & Garden’s new location.
Fairhope Furniture Consignment offers affordable home furnishings and lots of one of a kind items, painted furniture, home decor items, and lamps.
J & I spent a lot of time in The Happy Olive. Billed as a unique, social, and sensory shopping experience, The Happy Olive is a must-stop on your next Fairhope visit.
The Happy Olive is filled to the brim with some of the best olive oils, balsamics, honeys, and condiments. J & I tasted several oils and settled on a medium bottle of white truffle oil. The truffle oil is perfect on freshly popped popcorn. I could not wait to take it home and sample.
We also purchased a bottle of Whodini Sisters Bloody Mary potion. I cannot wait to try some soon. Cheers!
We also visited LuLu & Me. Their unique and artistic mix of fabrics, furnishings, fine art, home accessories & lighting provide clients many ways to customize homes. LuLu & Me carries a variety of home decor accessories. It is such a cute shop.
Just next door to the Fairhope Inn is a fabulous shop of architectural finds and garden accessories, RF Architectural & Garden Antiques. This shop is filled with the most beautiful antique botanicals, apothecary bottles, statues, signage, and garden pots that I have ever seen.
Do any of you know what these lovely “baskets” are lined up the wall at the entrance?
If you love antiques, check out this lovely shop next time you are in Fairhope, but bring your checkbook because the finds are not cheap.
J & I also stopped in the new location of Boxwood Home & Garden. It was fun to see the transformation and speak with its owner. Sorry, but I did not get interior shots. I’ll be back!
The former Boxwood location is still a fave: click HERE.
I also picked up this cute mason jar soap dispenser at Green Gates Market which I quickly filled with my fave Meyers pine-scented soap. It fits next to my sink perfectly.

Can you tell how much I LOVE Fairhope?
