J & I ventured a couple hours south to the coast, Grand Isle, for the Memorial Day weekend.
We started with cocktails and dinner at Hurricane Hole, my fave restaurant on the island.
Drinks continued at Camp Crisco well into the morning.
On Saturday and Sunday, the beach called our name all day long. It is always great to catch up with good friends. The weather was absolutely perfect.
Sunsets on Grand Isle are stunning!
How do you like my newest seersucker monogrammed koozies from Monogran Express in Metairie?
Coffee tawk to cocktails, it was another great Memorial Day weekend in one of my favorite places.
There is nothing better than toes in the sand.
FOUR to geaux!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great weekend. I love your seersucker koozies. I also like the lady's navy and white crab beach cover up! A shop a few streets over has it in their window and I have had my eye on it. I better go get it!!
ReplyDeleteI love to see you having fun with your friends, Ron. That is one of the best parts of life, isn't it? What a great place to spend some time. I have been lots of places in the South but never have been to Grand Isle. Looks like I missed a special place. xo Diana
