I have always loved decorating chandeliers seasonally, and Mardi Gras is no different.
The parlor crown chandelier is very appropriate during the carnival season. After all, crowns signify royalty.
A simple metallic foil garland in purple, green, and gold is placed in the chandelier base and makes for a spirited welcome.
My favorite chandelier for the Mardi Gras season is in the stair parlor. Large plumes in carnival colors radiate from the top. The plumes are held in a floral foam round hidden by metallic garland fringe.
I hope you enjoy seeing the chandeliers in two of my rooms.

ReplyDeleteI am planing to have a Party at my Mamas House for Mardi Gras!!! She will be the very surprised one...LOL!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBoth chandi's look excellent but I do favor the entry table one the most!
ReplyDeleteAmazing chandeliers and love the decorations. Are the chandeliers original to the house or did you install them? Lucky neighbors, and passers by, who get to see the decorations on the front of your house.
ReplyDeleteFantastic, Ron! Love both the chandy additions, not to mention the chandy in each room. It's fun to see how you decorate for Mardi Gras.
