Wind and Willow and a Fall Soiree

Have you ever heard of the Wind & Willow products?

DSCI1618

Since discovering these dips and cheeseballs back in my Atlanta days, I have been addicted to preparing them for supper clubs, open houses, and seasonal soirees. They are so easy to prepare. I am all for easy, y’all!

Basically, you need butter, cream cheese, sour cream, or mayo and you are all set.

My joy comes with the presentation. After all, I am a firm believer that presentation is key. Right?

For my recent Halloween Open House {supper club}, I prepared three of the Wind & Willow treats, 2 cheeseballs and 1 dip.

I prepared the Bacon & Blue cheese and Smokehouse Bacon & Cheddar Cheeseball mixes and the Bacon Horseradish dip. I love bacon. Can you tell?

The cheeseball mixes come with a mix and topping. You simply add cream cheese and butter. The dip mixes also come with the mix and topping, but you add mayo and sour cream. Easy as pie!

I cleaned out a few pie pumpkins, lined with greens, and placed my cheeseballs and dip in each. The presentation is perfect for the season. They are perfect with crackers, pita chips, or veggies like carrots and celery.

Forgive me! I never shared photos of my table set up for the open house. Take a look!

    1. Nancy, I purchased mine from Auraluz, a shop in Kenner. Just search the store locator as I am sure there is a shop in BR that carries them. You can also order online. xo

  4. I've been waiting on this post. Your "tablescape" is beautiful, though I knew it would be. Those "devilish" eggs with the "spiders" on top are so adorable. I'm guessing they are made with black olives? Have a great day! xoxo

  5. I have seen those mixes before but have never tried them. Your table presentation looks great! I love how you used the pumpkins to hold food and flowers. I also like how you labeled what everything was. Now, are those really crawfish pies???? Hmmmm........

  6. Beautiful tablescape. I love their products. They are one of my go to items to pair with a silver dip bowl and spreader for a hostess gift.

  7. I don't know the Wind and Willows products, Ron, but I will look for them. I am feeling a party coming on here. I love to entertain and we haven't done anything BIG in a while. It might just be time! Your presentation is wonderful-that is at least 1/2 of the "magic" if you ask me-xo Diana

  8. Yum! I have purchased items from them before, and i think the last one was a package that was like a lemon cheesecake dip that you added cream cheese and served it with nilla wafers! They are quick and easy and very tasty options!
