By now, the gifts are all wrapped, and we all wait for Papa Noel to enter our homes with more gifts.
Today, I thought I’d share just a few more decorations from upstairs that I have not shared during my 2012 Christmas Home Tour.
Two drums line the French numbered stairs.
Along the wall, glittered pomegranates rest on wooden sconces.
Deer antlers hold some sparkly, metallic ornaments and greets guests to the second floor.
At the top of the stairs, a tray holds a white, distressed snow-glittered deer surrounded by mixed greens, pomegranates, and fancy ornaments.
In Honey’s room, guest room #1, two glittered leaf trees fit perfectly in two metal urns on the antique empire dresser. An arrangement of dried hydrangeas (The Acorn at Wisteria Hill) in a silver vessel sits in the center. I made this arrangement of hydrangeas and lemon leaves in 2005 and looks as pretty today.
In the Nest, guest room #2, a silver lighted ball tree surrounded by neutral feathers sits in a silver fleur de lis champagne bucket.
I like to put a little Christmas in each room of the house.

And here is a home about two blocks from the house that I forgot to include in my Uptown post. Look how creative! Cheers to all!
I hope you and yours have a Merry Christmas Eve today. I cannot wait for Jeff’s arrival from Indiana.
