Located on the chic 5500 block of Magazine Street near the Whole Foods Market, Pied Nu is a favorite shop of mine and our visitors. The Dixie Belles always make this shop a must-shop stop during their NOLA jaunts.
Pied Nu is a mix of apothecary, clothing (women), jewelry, and home furnishings.

Unique lighting.
Luxurious candles and soaps by Cire Trudon, Dyptique, Burn, and Savon de Marseilles.
Unique cow hide rugs.
John Derian glassware and curiosities.
Piggy banks in several colors.
Metal bed.
Glassware.
Vintage metal & glass cabinet.
I love the ever-changing displays and the “look” of Pied Nu interiors. Though I have not featured clothing and jewelry, a simple step up 3 stairs in the rear of the store brings you up to beautiful, stylish women fashions.
