What’s in my Beach Bag?

 

I love the monthly feature in Coastal Living magazine entitled, What’s In My Bag?

 

Famous designer’s or starlet’s beach bags are featured as each describes what he/she likes to carry in each. I thought today’s post would be a fun addition to one of my favorite features. It’s now my turn.

What’s in my beach bag?

• Beach bag… J. Crew

• Swim Suit…Original Classic Shortboard trunks from J. Crew

• Tee… Classic tee from J. Crew (I love the softness of J. Crew’s tees)

• Beach towel…Cabana Resort Stripe with large “R” monogram from Bed, Bath, & Beyond

• Flip flops… Havaianas (I have them in gray, brown, black, and royal blue. They are super comfortable.)

• Hat… Crab cap from J. Parker, Ltd, Savannah, GA; Polo Gilligan-style hat from Dillard’s

• Ray Bans…. Aviators, a classic

• Bain de Soleil Tanning oils… Gelee’ & Spray

• Lip Balm… Banana Boat

• Koozie…Southern Tide koozie and Bottle Sox

• iPod/iPhone speaker

• After tan lotion… Burt’s Bees Milk & Honey

• Tote… for oils, lotions, and things

• Margaritas…Skinny Girl, of course!

And of course, I have a book and a slew of my favorite magazines.

All of my monogramming is done by Monogram Express in Metairie.
