Gosh! Did I ever make any money when I worked at Hazelnut? Probably not! Today’s post is yet another collection of purchases and gifts from one of my favorite NOLA shoppes.
A favorite collectible I really like is the reverse decoupage plates created by Laurel Wilder. The designs I own are made exclusively for the fine gifts shoppe, Hazelnut, on historic Magazine Street. The exquisite hand crafted art glass is created using a reverse decoupage technique, hand stamped with gold, then frosted, sealed, signed and numbered. The plates are food safe and hand washable. Of course, I do not use them as they hang proudly in my den.
Hang ‘em, y’all!

OMG, I L.O.V.E. these! I'm seeing a trip to Magazine St. in the near future. :)
