Hey, y’all! My name is Ron, and this blog is my connection to all things creative. I love to decorate. I love to stroll along Magazine Street. I love to travel to small towns. I love to dine at nice restaurants. I love to sip a cocktail at bars across this great country.  I am a preppy, Southern boy who enjoys making a house into a home!  I love Jesus, design of any kind, a stack of magazines, a cup of coffee, a Ketel One martini with an olive or two, a crisp button down shirt, a Polo or LaCoste shirt, a sweet treat, and a house full of fresh flowers and monograms.

 I was born in Thibodaux, LA, have lived in Atlanta, GA, and currently reside in New Orleans, LA.  I lived most of my life spending weekends and summers at the beach or pool and to me there is nothing more calming than the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.  You can find me sporting flip flops almost nine months out of the year.

 I am partnered with the love of my life, J for over 18 years, and together we love to travel, dine, and sip.

 Our house is a constant canvas to me, and I am forever changing something.  I love to decorate and mix vintage curiosities with classic furniture pieces. My fave color is green, so I love incorporating this hue in my designs. Bringing the outside in is appealing to me.
