The final room of the house that features Christmas decor is the kitchen.
This year, I decorated my silvery tinsel tree with mini martini olive ornaments and a glittery martini glass. It says “cheers” to me. The tree was tucked into my Vagabond House antler-handled champagne bucket on the island.
I adore Santa with his coffee.
I added William-Sonoma plaid mugs to the vintage bottle drying rack.
Cotton garland and red berries set the stage for the Christmas decor atop the kitchen cabinets. A cotton boll wreath also hangs on the Ray Barloga Audubon Park photograph.
Oyster shell trees sits in cast iron urns in the windows.
Hand towels in Southern phrases dot the sink and oven, “Heaux, Heaux, Heaux” & “Merry Christmas, Y’all”.
Since the kitchen is the place to gather for any soiree, a touch of Christmas is always required.

If I visited your home I would work my way right back into the kitchen to hang out! Love the extra area you have to decorate above the wall cupboards and the big island. The tree with the martini glass is too cute. You might have to keep an eye on me around the tartan cups- they may suddenly disappear! It's been a fun year and move enjoyed your posts. Thank you also for being a good blog friend. Wishing you and J a joyous and loving Christmas, Liz
